As communications consultant to the Macon County Health Care Authority, ECHOboom developed a strategic communications platform designed to strengthen the organization’s public presence, visibility and voice on critical health issues.

ECHOboom created the HEALTH MATTERS brand and collateral, including a dedicated newspaper and video series, to provide accessible, consistent information and connect the Authority directly with residents.

The communications strategy also positioned MCHCA as a leading advocate for health-related issues in Macon County, elevating its role in public health conversations, community engagement and healthcare awareness. The work has established a recognizable public identity centered on information, advocacy and community impact.
